How do I store my tea to keep it fresh?
To maintain maximum flavor and potency, store your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our resealable pouches are designed to keep air out, but an airtight tin is also an excellent option.
Are your tea bags compostable?
Yes, our pyramid tea bags are made from a plant-based material called PLA, which is 100% biodegradable and commercially compostable. We never use plastic or nylon in our tea bags.
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS, depending on your location.
What is your return policy on food products?
Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order or received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or store credit.
